ZimCompany › PRAZ vendor registration
PRAZ vendor registration is what lets a company bid for Zimbabwean public tenders. A fee schedule published by a Harare consultancy puts local registration at US$50 to US$75 a year per category and foreign bidders at US$850. PRAZ publishes no fee page of its own, so we confirm the figure with PRAZ before you pay. The supplier portal is paused for a system upgrade, so ZimCompany runs a waitlist.

The Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe charges suppliers an annual registration fee per category. Under the fee structure that took effect in January 2026, a locally registered small or medium enterprise pays in the region of US$50 to US$75 per category per year. A foreign bidder pays US$850 a year.
If you intend to sell to the Zimbabwean government, that gap is the whole argument, and it does not care what passport you hold. Bidding through a company registered where you live puts you in the foreign band every single year. Bidding through a Zimbabwean company you own, wherever you own it from, puts you in the local band, and the difference pays for the registration many times over in the first year.
These figures come from a secondary source. The authority does not publish a fee page of its own, so we treat the numbers as indicative and confirm the fee applying to your categories before you pay anything.

The electronic government procurement supplier registration has been paused for a system upgrade, according to the authority's own 2026 notice. Nobody can register a new supplier while it is down, and any agent taking full payment for a registration today is taking money for work that cannot be started.
So we run a waitlist instead. Joining costs nothing. When the portal reopens we file your registration at the price quoted to you when you joined, and you pay then. If your circumstances have changed by the time it reopens, you walk away owing nothing.
The fee is charged per category, so a supplier registered in four categories pays four times the annual fee. It is tempting to register broadly and see what comes up. It is usually cheaper to register in the categories you can actually deliver, win something, and add categories from revenue.
We quote per category, and we will tell you when a category you have asked for looks like money you are unlikely to earn back.

No. Supplier registration on the electronic procurement portal is paused for a system upgrade. Join the waitlist, pay nothing now, and we file the day it reopens at the price you were quoted.
You can bid as a foreign supplier, but you pay the foreign annual fee and you carry a heavier documentation burden. Owning a Zimbabwean company is what puts you in the local band.
Assume yes. Public procurement asks for a current tax clearance, which is why we bundle the clearance with tender-focused registrations.
