Zimbabwe company registration and compliance prices
Every ZimCompany price, with our fee and the government fee shown as two separate numbers. Registering a Private Limited Company in Zimbabwe is US$240 and a Private Business Corporation is US$160. Government fees on a Private Limited Company are US$65, charged at cost.

Single filings
Government fees at the Companies and Intellectual Property Office of Zimbabwe were taken from the live portal on 4 July 2026: US$5 for a name search covering up to five names and US$60 to register a private limited entity.

- Company Starter, Private Limited, US$380. US$420 bought separately, so you save US$40. A registered Private Limited Company with its tax registration and its employer registration done at the same time, so the company is ready to trade and to pay someone. Contains Private Limited Company registration, ZIMRA registration and Business Partner Number, NSSA employer registration. US$65 of CIPZ fees at cost, included. ZIMRA and NSSA do not itemise a fee.
- Diaspora Complete, US$550. US$610 bought separately, so you save US$60. For an owner abroad who wants a Private Limited Company and has nobody in Zimbabwe to carry the statutory addresses and the secretary role. Annual renewals
- Registered office address, US$60 a year. A Zimbabwe address on the register for your company, renewed on the anniversary of incorporation.
- Zimbabwe resident company secretary, US$130 a year. The statutory appointment every company must hold under section 198 of the Companies and Other Business Entities Act.
- Annual returns filing, US$100 a year. Filed against the registry due date that follows your incorporation anniversary.
- Tax clearance renewal, US$80 a year. Filed before your ITF263 expires, so the 30% withholding never starts.
- NSSA certificate renewal, US$70 a year. Keeps your employer compliance certificate current.
Statutory compliance retainer
The day a Zimbabwean company registers for tax or for NSSA it acquires monthly duties: Pay As You Earn and NSSA by the 10th, VAT by the 25th, and quarterly payment dates on 25 March, 25 June, 25 September, 20 December.
- Lite, US$30 a month. No staff yet, or a dormant company. Nil PAYE and NSSA returns filed every month. Quarterly payment date nil returns. Your tax clearance kept alive. You confirm nil by the 5th of each month.
- Standard, US$70 a month. Up to five people on the payroll. NSSA P4 return by the 10th. PAYE return and remittance advice by the 10th. Quarterly payment date computations and reminders on 25 March, 25 June, 25 September and 20 December. You send payroll figures by the 5th.
- Plus, US$120 a month. VAT registered companies. Everything in Standard. Monthly VAT return by the 25th. You send sales and purchase figures by the 5th.
Pay for a year up front and you pay 10 months rather than twelve. Six months up front costs 5 months. Full bookkeeping, payroll and ERP start at US$200 a month, and a bank account opening pack is US$150.
