Last reviewed 10 September 2026. These terms apply to ZimCompany, a service registering and administering companies in Zimbabwe.
ZimCompany is a coordination desk. We prepare your filings, instruct licensed providers on your behalf, track the work and deliver your documents. Registrations are lodged with the registry by a registered filing agent in Harare. Accounting and statutory returns are performed by a registered accounting practice. Anything that constitutes legal advice, including share structures, shareholder agreements and disputes, is referred to a legal practitioner.
We do not provide legal advice. We do not act as your director. We do not provide a nominee director service.
Every quote separates our fee from government fees. Government fees are charged at cost. Where a registry or a revenue authority does not itemise its component, the quote says so rather than showing an invented split.
A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Prices may change for work not yet instructed. Once you have paid a deposit against a quote, the price on that quote is the price for that job.
We confirm your timeline in writing before you pay. We do not publish or promise a turnaround we have not confirmed. Registry and revenue authority processing times are outside our control, and where a filing depends on a government system that is unavailable, we tell you rather than holding your money against work that cannot start.
A deposit is payable when your job is instructed and the balance is payable on completion, before documents are released. Fees are quoted and charged in United States dollars. Any conversion your bank performs is a matter between you and your bank.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and documents you give us, including identity documents, ownership splits and the description of what the company will do. We are entitled to rely on them. If a filing is rejected or delayed because information you provided was wrong or incomplete, any re-filing is chargeable.
You confirm that you are entitled to provide the personal data of any other person you send us, including co-owners and directors, and that you have told them what it will be used for.
Our liability for any single engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, systems or processing times of the registry, the revenue authority, the social security authority, the procurement authority, any bank, or any licensed provider we instruct on your behalf, beyond our duty to instruct them competently and to keep you informed.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Zimbabwean law.
You may stop an engagement at any time. What is refundable at that point is set out in the refund policy. We may decline or stop an engagement where we are unable to verify identity, where the work would require us to do something we are not licensed to do, or where continuing would be unlawful.
These terms are governed by the law of Zimbabwe, and the courts of Zimbabwe have jurisdiction.
